2. Information we collect
- Customer name (if provided) and email address, through checkout and support.
- Purchase and license information, such as plan, order reference and license key.
- License activation information, such as activation status and an identifier for each activated device, used to apply the two-device limit.
- Information you send us when requesting support.
3. Information read from MetaTrader 5
ACM reads market data and open-position information from your own MT5 terminal to display it in the application. This access is read-only, and we do not receive this data. We do not request or store your broker password, trading account credentials or payment-card details. Never send passwords or broker credentials to support.
4. Third-party services
Checkout, payment processing and tax handling are provided by Gumroad under its own terms and privacy policy. Gumroad receives your payment details; we do not. We may also use hosting, email and licensing service providers where needed to operate ACM.
5. How we use information
- Provide licenses and process purchases.
- Activate and validate licenses.
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot problems.
- Maintain security and prevent license abuse.
- Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
6. Sharing
We share information only with the service providers above when necessary to operate ACM, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including transaction records and dispute handling. We use reasonable security measures, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable data protection law, you may ask to access or correct your personal information, or ask us to stop using it where permitted. Email support@acmscope.com.
9. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. By purchasing you acknowledge this processing for the purposes described here.
