1. About ACM

ACM (“ACM”, “the software”) is a Windows desktop technical-analysis and charting tool for MetaTrader 5, offered by ACMscope Inc. (“we”, “us”). ACM is not a broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, portfolio manager or trading service. ACM does not execute, modify or close trades, and nothing it displays is financial, investment or trading advice.

2. Requirements

ACM requires a compatible Windows PC and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) installed and logged in to your broker. ACM uses market data and open-position information supplied by your MT5 terminal and broker. Available instruments, historical data depth and data quality depend on your broker, instrument and timeframe, and we do not control them. ACM is not affiliated with MetaQuotes or any broker.

3. Plans and pricing

ACM is sold as one-time perpetual licenses. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Prices are in USD as shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added by the payment provider. Plan features are those described on the ACM website for the plan you purchase.

4. Pro 7-Day Trial

The trial is a one-time $9.99 purchase that gives access to Pro features for 7 days from your first successful activation. It does not renew, has no recurring charge, and is not credited toward any other purchase. After 7 days the trial expires and you may buy any ACM plan.

5. License and activation

Each license may be activated on up to two (2) devices. Your use of ACM is governed by the End User License Agreement. A perpetual license has no recurring charge and no fixed expiry date, subject to the EULA.

6. Payments and refunds

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Gumroad under its own terms. Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

7. Updates and availability

ACM may receive updates, corrections or changes. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged or that ACM will operate without interruption in every environment, or with every broker.

8. Risk

Trading financial markets, including leveraged products and CFDs, can result in substantial losses. ACM does not predict markets and does not guarantee any outcome. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and account activity.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date shows the current version. Changes do not affect purchases already made except where required by law.
