Refund Policy
1. Policy summary
ACM is digital software delivered electronically. Perpetual license purchases are generally non-refundable.
2. Optional 7-Day Pro Trial
Before purchasing, customers may use the optional 7-Day Pro Trial to evaluate ACM. Choosing not to use the trial does not create an automatic right to a refund. The trial is a one-time $9.99 purchase that does not renew and is not credited toward any other purchase.
3. Trading results
Refunds are not provided because ACM’s output did not match your expectations or because of trading results or losses. ACM is analysis software, not a trading adviser.
4. Technical problems
If ACM cannot be installed, activated or used because of a reproducible defect in ACM itself, contact support@acmscope.com with your purchase email and order details. We will make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. Please contact support before filing a payment dispute.
5. Duplicate or incorrect purchases
If the same plan was purchased more than once by mistake, contact support promptly and we will review the order.
6. Compatibility
ACM requires Windows and MetaTrader 5. Compatibility with every broker, Windows configuration, terminal installation or symbol naming convention cannot be guaranteed. Instrument availability and historical data depth depend on your broker.
7. Payment disputes
Please contact support before filing a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in license suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
8. Payment provider and your rights
Payments are processed by Gumroad and its terms also apply. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
